The New Zealand Government set a one-off national public holiday on Monday 26 September 2022. Its to mark the passing of Queen Elizabeth II.

Markets are closed in New Zealand today.

Separately, New Zealand switched to daylight savings over the weekend. Clocks in the country were wound forward an hour.
