AUD and Nikkei are pushing up, this may\u00a0 not working out as planned.<\/p>\n

12:46<\/em> i may bail this one .. the Nikkei is below but there seem to be some fighting going on the other JPY pairs also going up<\/p>\n

the setup is clear, price crossed above then retest vwap, this is a crystal clear buy setup, but the grade is low because the structure has no place for a proper S\/R related stop, (in fact the next stop is like 24 pips down, while the target with the highest conviction is just 12 up, this does not mean it won;t work, its just not a setup that makes alot of sense without hedging.<\/p>\n

Hedging: if i would take this trade, i would not use Stoplosses at all, instead place equal size hedge sells about 4.3 below vwap, if they are hit, just ride the position all the way down to support, close the hedge in profit and buy more for the rebound, place a hard stop below in case tis goes bad, what you essentially done is capitalize on the way down on balance but not on equity, the job then is to reduce the exposure as much as possible, while only a 3-4 pip move in your favour is needed to accomplish this.<\/p>\n

while CAD fights vwap .. EUR creates a nice buy setup .. i will add another 10% and then hedge if CAD goes higher (to deal with it later)<\/p>\n

markets are extremely choppy, even this exit had some slippage as not all orders closed at the same price<\/p>\n
