The mechanics of actually unwinding all of this are still messy \u2014 CBP says it would have to manually review millions of import entries. The judge&#8217;s response? &#8220;We live in the age of computers.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The administration will appeal, and there&#8217;s still a long road ahead on the logistics. But the direction of travel here is clear. The money is coming back.
