Of course the &#8220;Long term nuclear freeze instead of a complete dismantlement&#8221; is a key phrase.  What does that mean specifically?. How is it monitored? Or is it too much like Obama&#8217;s JCPOA and therefore a non-starter for Trump.<\/p>\n<p>Crude oil has moved lower and trades near $99, down over $2 or 2%.
