Companies added that<br \/>\nhigh energy and fuel prices remained a source of inflation,<br \/>\nwhilst there was evidence of vendors generally raising their<br \/>\nprices as they sought to pass on higher raw material costs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">Although remaining extremely high, input price inflation fell<br \/>\nsince May, hitting a four-month low. This helped to explain<br \/>\na similar slowdown in the degree to which firms passed<br \/>\non higher operating costs to clients.
