The year-on-year increase is still notable as it owes to the earlier build up in energy prices and prices for raw materials d\ufeffuring the start of the US-Iran conflict.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"text-align-justify\">As for the drop in wholesale prices on the month, the decline owes to a fall in\u00a0the price of petroleum products.\u00a0Prices in this category were down by 6.8% in June when compared to the month before.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"text-align-justify\">At the same time, prices in the\u00a0wholesale trade of non-ferrous ores, metals, and semi-finished metal products also reflected a 2.7% drop in June when compared to May.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"text-align-justify\">That being said, both key categories above are still significantly higher when compared to June last year.
