We can expect the rangebound price action to persist with<br \/>\n        this backdrop.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0 0 11px; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; line-height: normal; font-size: 15px\">Axios reported today that Trump is nearing a decision between a 10-day<br \/>\n        ceasefire to reopen the Strait of Hormuz and a full-scale war with Israel<br \/>\n        against Iran. It goes without saying that a ceasefire would be negative for the<br \/>\n        US dollar, while a full-scale war would push the greenback into new highs. <\/p>\n<p style='margin-right: 0; margin-left: 0; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif; font-size: 16px'>EUR:<\/p>\n<p style='margin-right: 0; margin-left: 0; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif; font-size: 16px'>On the EUR side, the ECB is<br \/>\n        expected to hold interest rates steady this week maintaining the data-dependent<br \/>\n        and meeting-by-meeting approach. The central bank will likely lean on the hawkish<br \/>\n        side given the renewed US-Iran conflict but refrain from pre-committing to a<br \/>\n        rate hike in September. <\/p>\n<p style='margin-right: 0; margin-left: 0; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif; font-size: 16px'>The market is expecting a<br \/>\n        total of 43 bps of tightening by year-end with a 75% probability of the next<br \/>\n        rate hike coming in September. Traders will mainly focus on Lagarde\u2019s press<br \/>\n        conference. If she sounds more dovish compared to market expectations, the euro<br \/>\n        will likely come under pressure. Conversely, a more hawkish tone might give the<br \/>\n        single currency a short-term boost. <\/p>\n<p style='margin-right: 0; margin-left: 0; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif; font-size: 16px'>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0 0 11px; line-height: 107%; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">EURUSD TECHNICAL<br \/>\n        ANALYSIS \u2013 DAILY TIMEFRAME<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p style='margin-right: 0; margin-left: 0; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif; font-size: 16px'>On the daily chart, we can<br \/>\n        see that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tradingview.com\/symbols\/EURUSD\/\" style=\"color: rgba(70, 120, 134, 1); text-decoration: underline\" rel=\"follow\">EURUSD<\/a>rejected the major trendline<br \/>\n            as the sellers stepped in to position for a drop into new lows. The price is<br \/>\n            now bouncing from the key support zone around the 1.14 handle. The price action<br \/>\n            will likely compress further between the support and the trendline, with<br \/>\n            traders waiting for a breakout on either side for the next sustained trend. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0 0 11px; line-height: 107%; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">EURUSD TECHNICAL<br \/>\n        ANALYSIS \u2013 4 HOUR TIMEFRAME<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p style='margin-right: 0; margin-left: 0; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif; font-size: 16px'>On the 4 hour chart, we<br \/>\n        have an upward trendline defining the recent correction. The buyers will likely<br \/>\n        continue to lean on the trendline with a defined risk below it to keep targeting<br \/>\n        a break above the major trendline. The sellers, on the other hand, will want to<br \/>\n        see the price breaking below the trendline and the support to pile in for a<br \/>\n        drop into the 1.10 handle next.<\/p>\n<p style='margin-right: 0; margin-left: 0; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif; font-size: 16px'>EURUSD TECHNICAL ANALYSIS \u2013<br \/>\n        1 HOUR TIMEFRAME<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0 0 11px; line-height: 107%; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">On the 1 hour chart, we have a minor downward trendline defining the recent<br \/>\n        bearish momentum. We can expect the sellers to lean on the trendline to keep pushing<br \/>\n        into new lows, while the buyers will look for a break to extend the rally into<br \/>\n        the major trendline.
