However, Trump\u2019s criticism of industry leaders seeking regulation could create uncertainty over how the administration will balance rapid development against concerns about safety, energy demand and national security.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, if Trump says it is a &#8220;HOAX&#8221;, I am not sure the odds favoring that it is in reality a\u00a0hoax.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nevertheless, the Nasdaq is nearly back to unchanged at -9 points or 0.04%. The S&amp;P is down -15 points or 0.20%. The\u00a0NASDAQ 100 is still down -96 points or -0.33% so they are not buying into the comments as much .<\/p>\n<p>Technically for the NASDAQ composite Index, it is back testing its 100 hour moving average at 26296.40. The 200 hour moving averages at 26386.66. The current price is trading at 26325 in between those 2 moving averages. Getting above the 200 hour moving average will be more bullish.
