This could also support<br \/>\n        gold if the Fed keeps being more dovish than market\u2019s expectations as real<br \/>\n        yields would fall on inflation expectations rising faster than nominal yields. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0 0 8px; line-height: 110%; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Today, we have the US NFP report on the agenda. Given Fed\u2019s Williams and<br \/>\n        Fed\u2019s Jefferson comments, we will likely need a blockbuster report, with data<br \/>\n        beating expectations across the board, to raise the probabilities for an October<br \/>\n        hike again. Such an outcome could weigh on gold in the short-term on another<br \/>\n        hawkish repricing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0 0 8px; line-height: 110%; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">In-line or weaker than expected data, on the other hand, will likely<br \/>\n        provide support to extend the recent pullback. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0 0 8px; line-height: 110%; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0 0 8px; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; line-height: normal; font-size: 13px\">GOLD TECHNICAL ANALYSIS \u2013 DAILY TIMEFRAME<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p style='margin-right: 0; margin-left: 0; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif; font-size: 16px'>On the daily chart, we can<br \/>\n        see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tradingview.com\/symbols\/XAUUSD\/\" style=\"color: rgba(70, 120, 134, 1); text-decoration: underline\" rel=\"follow\">gold<\/a>(CFD contract) is slowly<br \/>\n            approaching the downward trendline. We can expect the sellers to lean on the<br \/>\n            trendline, with a defined risk above it, to position for a drop into the 3,885<br \/>\n            level. The buyers, on the other hand, will want to see the price breaking<br \/>\n            higher to pile in for a rally into the 4,700 level next.<\/p>\n<p style='margin-right: 0; margin-left: 0; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif; font-size: 16px'>GOLD TECHNICAL ANALYSIS \u2013 4<br \/>\n        HOUR TIMEFRAME<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p style='margin-right: 0; margin-left: 0; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif; font-size: 16px'>On the 4 hour chart, there\u2019s<br \/>\n        not much we can glean from this timeframe as the sellers will have a better<br \/>\n        risk to reward setup around the trendline and the 4,240 resistance, while the<br \/>\n        buyers will need a break higher to open the door for new highs, with the 4,400<br \/>\n        level as the first target.<\/p>\n<p style='margin-right: 0; margin-left: 0; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif; font-size: 16px'>GOLD TECHNICAL ANALYSIS \u2013 1<br \/>\n        HOUR TIMEFRAME<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p style='margin-right: 0; margin-left: 0; font-family: \"Times New Roman\", serif; font-size: 16px'>On the 1 hour chart, we have<br \/>\n        a minor support around the 4,140 level where the price got rejected from<br \/>\n        several times in the past few days. If we get another pullback, we can expect<br \/>\n        the buyers to step in around the support, with a defined risk below it, to keep<br \/>\n        targeting the downward trendline. The sellers, on the other hand, will look for<br \/>\n        a break to increase the bearish bets into the 3,885 level next.
