\n Jefferies\u2019 Stratos Group brings a 25-year Forex pioneer into AvaTrade\u2019s
\n multi-asset ecosystem and opens AvaTrade\u2019s AI-powered platforms to FXCM clients

AvaTrade, a leading global online
\n trading broker, today announced a definitive agreement to acquire the FXCM
\n business from Stratos Group International, LLC, a subsidiary of Jefferies
\n Financial Group Inc. (NYSE: JEF). Under the agreement, AvaTrade Markets Ltd. will
\n acquire substantially all of Stratos\u2019 assets and business operations, which are
\n expected to move to AvaTrade over approximately 120 days.<\/p>\n

Founded in 1999, FXCM
\n pioneered retail Forex trading and has built a loyal global client base over
\n more than two decades.<\/p>\n
