{"id":48725,"date":"2020-03-30T01:38:13","date_gmt":"2020-03-29T17:38:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.swingfish.trade\/blog\/?p=48725"},"modified":"2024-08-07T07:18:59","modified_gmt":"2024-08-07T00:18:59","slug":"proprietary-prop-trading-changes-updates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.swingfish.trade\/blog\/swingfish-updates\/2020\/03\/proprietary-prop-trading-changes-updates\/","title":{"rendered":"Proprietary (Prop) Trading changes &#038; updates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We currently overhauling the Proprietary systems to provide a better experience to our Traders, and more stability overall.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">as a result, there will be a few changes applied to different parts of the systems and the way we do these things.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>All these changes will come into effect on March 31 2020 23:59 SGT<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Team Manager<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Launch of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.enfoid.com\/prop\/manager\"><strong>Team Manager<\/strong><\/a> v2.<br \/>\nTeam Leaders can access accounts they overview at a single page<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>EnFoid Accounts<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Traders with Option18 activated can opt-out the Proprietary profits by 25%, 50% or 75%.<br \/>\nThis means even with Option18 active, the profits are not locked for withdrawal within the month they are debited.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Fast-Track Traders<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">We will be removing the 50% rule from the Evaluation and Verification Tests.<br \/>\nyou will qualify even if you have more losing than winning days.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">the <a title=\"Proprietary Trading (prop) Weekend Rule softened\" href=\"https:\/\/www.swingfish.trade\/blog\/swingfish-updates\/2020\/04\/proprietary-trading-prop-weekend-rule-softened\/\">Weekend rule will be relaxed<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Account restart\u00c2\u2019s, however, will still require the 50% rule to be met.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">The 50% rule still applies to Live accounts in order to discourage any form of \u00c2\u201cRevenge Trading\u00c2\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\"><strong>The EnFoid account must have at least 1% of the requested capital available<\/strong>\u00c2\u00a0when enrolling. <\/span><span class=\"s3\">(previously 0.8%)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s2\">The condition of the security deposit being released will now only apply to those who achieve a Live Account.\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s3\">(previously only passing of Verification was required)<\/span><span class=\"s2\">.<br \/>\nThis means that the locked security deposit will now be available once the Live account is traded with profits (on the first Payday)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><span class=\"s2\">Members\/Traders having an account ID smaller than 612-5602 are exempt from this security deposit change.<br \/>\nuntil 1 July 2020.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Free Enrolment<\/h3>\n<p>The success rate of free enrolled users is around 0.6% and this makes it very clear that most free users are not able to do what they thought.<br \/>\nGenerally, there is a desire for money with the belief in a different outcome using larger funds.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">We will be taking the following steps to help ensure that only the most suitable candidates have the opportunity to trade with us<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">We will confirm that you have enough experience with the selected trading platform, are able to navigate around it and understand how to place trades before taking the free test.<br \/>\n<\/span>Free Traders have to present some level of commitment, and this starts by being pro-active and figuring out the basics themselves.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">The trader must accept that we do not provide education on the subject of trading or the general usage of the selected trading platform. These are subjects the individual should already be familiar with. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Free Traders using our systems will able to be pro-active and willing to perform their own research concerning the basics of trading using search engines or traditional media.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><br \/>\n<\/span>Our support team is not a replacement for Google.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Free Traders are expected to bring value to the online community in some form.<br \/>\nThis could be through sharing resources, knowledge or supporting other members. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">We will be restricting the Enrolment test to 1 attempt. If this is not passed then no account can be assigned.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">If a free Trader breaks the\u00c2\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.enfoid.com\/prop\/faq-drawdown-calculation\"><span class=\"s3\"><b>Drawdown<\/b><\/span><\/a>\u00c2\u00a0rules (daily and\/or Maximum) more than once, funding and re-try will be denied. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.enfoid.com\/prop\/fast-track\"><span class=\"s3\"><b>Fast-track<\/b><\/span><\/a> is then the only route available to funding.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">If a failed user attempts to enroll again using different credentials, fake names or any other untrue data we will decline to fund and pay the trader even if they completed the challenge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s2\">If the community requirement is ignored we will stop providing any and all support to the trader and can refuse to fund.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><b style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\"><i>You have to be a proactive community member, helping others in the challenge to become a good trader in order to get Free Enrolment!<br \/>\n<\/i><\/b><b style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\"><i>This is Non-negotiable!
