Russia demands that talks with Ukraine take place without US, Turkish representatives

Ukraine is meanwhile not too happy about said demand, saying that it is a sign that Russia is undermining peace efforts by putting forward demands and conditions. It’s all falling apart before it even begins, which is not surprising after Putin’s no-show. The talks were supposedly to have started at 0900 GMT.
