Russia-Ukraine talks in Istanbul set to begin shortly

Well, that’s a long enough delay. The talks were supposed to begin at around 0900 GMT. But earlier, Russia’s Medinsky had talks on the side with the US before this. There were also some alleged pushback as seen here, but at least now we’re starting to get this over and done with.
