ECB’s Kazimir: I think we are at target when it comes to neutral rate

• I am amond the governors who thinks we are at target when it comes to neutral rate.
• Caution will be in first place in policy making.
• I would not touch rates until trade wars situation is clearer.
• Recent days show fragility of inflation outlook.
• The ECB must be vigilant and evaluate incoming data.

Kazimir is generally more on the hawkish side. He certainly doesn’t want to touch rates anymore and wait for as much as needed before deciding if another cut is really necessary.
