France October consumer confidence 90 vs 87 expected

French household confidence picked up in October, with this being the highest reading since April. There were improvements in sentiment all around but perhaps more importantly that unemployment prospects were seen dropping markedly from 54 in September to 48 in October. That’s the softest reading since March for said expectations.
