Trump says he expects GDP growth in Q3 of 4.2% or more

Trump is making a speech on the economy and said he expects Q3 GDP of 4.2%. We aren’t getting any numbers right now so it will be awhile before we get Q3 data.

The real question right now is Q4, which is going to be poor given the government shutdown.
