Quick Infrastructure Update

As part of ongoing work around EU-related requirements and some long-overdue cleanup on the infrastructure side, we’ve moved to Ethernetservers, a reliable and affordable hosting company in the UK.

With the new setup now hosted in the UK, we get more flexibility while we work through upcoming regulatory and compliance tasks.

Along the way, repeated reports of client accounts being unexpectedly locked at Namecheap were the final push to accelerate the move. Rather than waiting for things to get worse, we also moved the domain to Porkbun. it made sense to separate concerns now and put everything on a cleaner, more predictable setup.

This also helps us draw a clearer line ahead of some upcoming changes and gives us room to properly address a few long-standing issues with the firm. More details on that once things are ready to be shared.

Everything should already be live — since you can read this — and noticeably faster. If you notice anything off or broken, just shout and we’ll fix it.

  • Live-streaming will also soon resume.
