FXStreet surpasses one million YouTube views in less than two months

Barcelona, Spain,
November 4th:FXStreet has surpassed 1 million views on
its YouTube channel in less than two months, representing year-over-year growth
of more than 1,500%, compared to the 61,000 views recorded during the same
period last year. This milestone highlights the success of its video content
strategy and reinforces the company’s efforts to diversify its audience. During
this period, the channel has accumulated nearly 40,000 watch hours, five
million impressions, and more than 9,000 new subscribers, bringing its total
subscriber base to over 146,000.

FXStreet’s video
content initiative has become one of the company’s strategic pillars over the
past year. Its goal is to expand the reach of its content and connect with new
audiences, shifting from a model in which users actively seek information on
FXStreet to one where the company distributes its content across the platforms
traders already use.

The sustained growth
in recent months supports the strategy led by Javier Hertfelder, Co-CEO of
FXStreet and head of the project:

“Just over a year
ago, we had a YouTube channel with around 120,000 subscribers and enormous
untapped potential. Today, video has become a fundamental part of our strategy.
The way people consume financial information is changing, and as a media
company, we need to adapt. We can no longer simply wait for users to visit our
website. We need to be present on the platforms where they search for
information, learn, and engage.”

Educational Content
At The Heart Of Its Success

FXStreet’s commitment
to educational content that combines practical trading knowledge with analysis
of current financial developments is one of the main pillars of its video
strategy. The channel’s programming focuses on technical analysis, macroeconomic
insights, and live coverage of major events affecting financial markets.

Technical analysis
accounts for a significant share of the channel’s content. Ian Coleman, Senior
Analyst at FXStreet, draws on nearly 40 years of trading experience to provide
viewers with insights into topics such as supply and demand, chart patterns, and
the fundamental concepts needed to get started in financial markets.

Meanwhile, Dhwani
Mehta, Senior Analyst at FXStreet, covers macroeconomic developments of
particular relevance to traders. Central bank interest rate decisions,
inflation data, US Nonfarm Payrolls (NFP), and political events, such as the US
midterm elections, are among the recurring topics featured on the channel.
Mehta also specializes in commodities analysis, with a particular focus on
Gold.

Finally, live coverage
of major economic events allows traders to interact with analysts in real time,
helping build an engaged trading community and encouraging two-way
communication with viewers.

Video Content As A
Response To Changing Consumption Habits

FXStreet’s investment
in video content reflects the need to diversify its audience sources and adapt
to changes in how users search for and consume financial information.

The rise of generative
Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs), constant changes to
Google’s algorithms, and evolving content consumption habits are transforming
how digital media companies reach their audiences.

Against this backdrop,
the development of FXStreet’s YouTube channel is part of a broader strategy to
reduce reliance on traditional traffic acquisition channels and strengthen the
company’s presence on platforms where users regularly consume content.

Surpassing 1 million
views in less than two months marks another milestone in FXStreet’s digital
transformation, as the company seeks to establish video as one of its primary
content distribution channels and strengthen its direct connection with a global
audience of traders.
