Compare Prop Firms With Your Own Numbers

Targets do only tell a small part of the story.

profit targets, drawdown limits, prices are Useful, yes, but it never answers the question that actually matters: how long is this going to take you, given how you actually trade?

The prop firm comparison table now has two new columns for that, and so does the Prop Challenge Calculator

GT$ (Gain to $) is the total return you have to generate for the first Money to come your way, evaluation plus whatever the funded stage demands, before your first payout, added up into one number. No firm publishes this directly, it’s usually split across a profit target here and a “minimu

m profitable days” rule buried in a help article there. We do the math once so you don’t have to hunt for it per firm.

TT$ (Time to $) is that same number converted into weeks, personalized to your own pace. Click the “Set your trading stats” button, enter your average monthly return and average intraday drawdown, honestly, and the whole table recalculates around what you actually do, not what a marketing page implies.

The values are stored in your browser, not tied to any account, not published to anyone, you can update them any time from your settings page.

One honest caveat: a low GT$/TT$ isn’t automatically the right pick. It only measures speed, not whether the rules getting you there are fair. Sort by it, then actually read the firm’s page before you buy anything, the fast ones aren’t always the clean ones.
