in the Aftermath of the German Election . Good morning everyone, strangely DAX Futures gaped down but that gap could not even be considered as such, so much for the bad Afd Party shock. start the day with a short Trade on USDSGD. looked very clean, but then sitting on the toilet and watching it from my Mobile, made me change my mind, sold the risk and set the Stop to +0.7. which was then hit about 2 minutes later. gain 0.21% for the Chicken out trade ;) Later a Nice vWap Reversal on EURAUD, failed once but on the second try, it worked as expected. (another tiny gain) Quick Trade on AUDSGD .. which led to an Auto Hedge, which I choose then to ignore as I went on the DAX the DAX, however, turned into a massive Whipsaw massacre .. tons of trades and cover trades to pay for losses. in the end, went out with a 0.796% Total gain for the day. so let's just ignore that this did happen at all ;)   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VBdayLTbOCQ

Good morning everyone, well, "morning" is a bit imaginary as it is 12:20 right now. had to burn some Midnight oil again... DAX has fallen overnight .. it will create a nice Gap (as of now around 12566 (1 Hour before Pre market opening) quick Scalp up on GOLD late entry over the vWap .. exit in the first sign of weakness Another short (and late) scalp on USDJPY did "Chicken out" and not afterwards, that was a good decition got rid of the DAX-Hedge .. but the market turned quite strangely due to Draghi Speach .. so i went out before the big move ...over all a green ish day .. i think the DAX will go up to 12642, but with recent events on it .. its maybe not such a good idea.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qHt6KExYxZE

was up until 3 in the morning. now it's 9 in the morning (same day) Yesterday was a pretty much non-eventful day because everything waited for FOMC and FED announcements. however, despite my Bias, all indices did go UP .. which is a very strange behavior .. okay the DAX will go up because of the EURO dropping so hard. but DOW, Nasdaq, Russel had no real reason to do so. so in a bit sleepy motion made the first 0.12% on a VERY tiny GOLD scalp.  not really had an angle to put a take profit anyway .. so I closed it out. then being stupid for the first time today: the first hedge was watching AUDJPY making a beautiful Reversal (left on the picture, I did see it as it was +3 from the vWap, so I did not enter there) entered upwards NZDUSD (right chart) .. realized that AUD and NZD correlating so on the first sign of this going bad, I place a hedge trade as this very likely would turn bad... and it did.

Finally, found an angle on the NZDUSD trade (trendline connecting the last lows) the conjunction point is just a few pips away. on the way back to the vWap (which is quite common) the SwingFishHelper did Auto-Hedge for me, that was okay but too early, so let's gamble a little, reversed the Hedge position .. and got out early on the minor-trendline. adding a nice gain of 0.875% to the account. I'm quite sure price may go to the 0.7311 area on NZDUSD (i put an arrow on the chart for my original Target) .. but since this was a hedge-resolution trade, going out with 0 is the goal .. anything greener is just a gift.

hey there, the morning session was a bit quiet ... went out basically on 0 with NZDJPY trades EURAUD Saved the day, whipsawed myself a few times in participation for a drop but then it really happend and we went out with 2.21% total gain

Good Morning the DAX Trade is still on .. expecting it to drop .. but have a Hedge on for security Meanwhile a quick Scalp down on USDCHF the scalp of USDCHF worked out well .. added about 0.25% the DAX Trade played out well .. beautiful Monday Morning to everyone. wanted to start the week with a "probe trade" (Long Gold) ..did not work.. so the week starts red .. (what a shame) well, the day is not over yet .. so let's see whats gonna happen. Reversed the gold trade to Short as we are inside a nice channel, however, Siver is above the channel already .. so my initial Long maybe turning out to be the right decision after all. went Long NZDUSD on a vWap Reversal building up .. but for some reason it does not build up any momentum. later went short the DAX .. the usual play .. everything straight forward .. but then .. nothing happens !!! After 4 hours i placed a hedge order so i can leave the house . and guess what happens about 10 minutes after? Dax dropped about 145 Points. well back .. closed the hedge positions .. scaled on as the drop appeared to continue .. and then again .. nothing happens. seriously ? well, i have about 5% equity gain locked in a hedge position .. so will see what happening tomorrow with that one ;)   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=77xGGovOvQc

Challenge Account Balance Differences

Total Gain after closing on Friday is +8.9% but the account Balance is higher due to Commissions (IB, mirror, and refunds) has been paid as well. so Sunday Closing Balance was $ 1359.36 I will withdraw the commissions from the account to reset the account to the current gain of 8.9 %. Monday opening Balance will be: $ 1089.00  

Show me the Differences

well first we have to remove the initial Balance of 1000$ plus the gain of 8.9% (89$) leaves us with 270.36$ 226.92$ are from IB Commissions paid to this account (this is unrelated to the challenge) Additionally, 43.44$ has been paid as Mirror Fees to the account. resulting in other users copy trades and pay a marked-up commission of 5$ per Million traded. from this 5$ the account receives 66% (rest is shared with the broker and Spotware for executing the trades)

as you can see by this example, it is possible to make honest money with providing additional Services as a Trader.

without the need of posting photos of rental Ferraris or fake Watches on Instagram or charge users 50$ for a Signalservice or "Education"

despite the massive Drawdown on the Gold Missery, totaling 264 Trades Total Gain made this week was a Green Zero 0.34% means we moved from -7% added another 7ish% to get back to make it a Green week Today (Friday) was no Live Stream as i did just had a few BTCUSD Trades on. Ending Balance: $1359.36 that would translate to a Absolute Gain of 13.59% but there where some comission payments from my broker as well. so the "true Gain" for the last 10 days is at 8.9% (not bad for just 10 days) ;)

149 | Taking a day off

Hello readers, I have to go see a doctor today as my cold is not getting any better. As a result, there will be likely no livestream today. I'll update this post once I come back from the doctor. Update: I'm back from the doctor! Doc said I'm fine, but that it looks like I probably had a fever and it's starting to come down. That must've been why I was feeling extra crummy. He gave me some meds so I'll have to take those for a while. It's good to know I'm doing something about it and that it should go away soon though. While I was there I ended up striking a conversation with what turned out to be a neurosurgeon! I was a bit intimidated once he told me. His time must be so valuable, and he must save so many lives from very serious illnesses. He had my respect immediately; it's not an easy path to choose or take. How about we talk about this more in the next stream! And hopefully soon, thanks to the medicine.
